How to delete your account

Sign in at looktospace.com/account (or open the Account tab in the app), choose Profile, scroll to Danger zone and press Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is removed right away and you are signed out on the spot.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account is erased when you confirm:

• Your account and sign-in (email, display name, phone number, preferences).
• Saved locations and every launch, ISS, Starlink and aurora alert attached to them.
• Push-notification devices and SMS alert settings.
• Your launch log and any sightings you posted, including photos.
• Legacy email-only alert signups made with the same email address.
• An active Pro or Pro+ subscription is cancelled immediately. There is no refund for the unused part of the billing period.

What is retained

Payment records (invoices, receipts and the Stripe customer record) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They contain your email and billing history but no card details, which Stripe holds. Anonymised, aggregate usage statistics that cannot identify you are also retained.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@looktospace.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify that you control the address and remove the account within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
