Before you buy
Are launch times and visibility guaranteed?
No. Launches can move or scrub. Bearings, visibility and weather are estimates; terrain and clouds can block a view. Schedule-change alerts follow updates detected in our data feed, and delivery can be delayed. Recheck before leaving.
How do I get texts?
After purchase, save your location, verify your phone in Account → Alerts, and enable SMS on your alert subscription. Push notifications are also available. You choose your channels.
Why choose a pass over monthly Pro?
The $5 pass ends automatically after seven days. Monthly Pro costs $4.99 and renews monthly until canceled. Annual Pro covers a full year for $19.99.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Cancel subscription renewal from Billing; access continues through the paid period. Pro has a 30-day money-back guarantee: contact hello@looktospace.com. Trip Pass is non-refundable, with the scrub-extension policy above.
