Yes — which launches are visible from your location, the visibility tier, distance to the pad, the cardinal direction to look (e.g. ENE), and the viewing-timeline step titles are free forever. A free account also gets email alerts for one location. Pro unlocks everything else: the exact bearing in degrees, minute-by-minute T+ times, precise viewing guidance, scrub & delay alerts with visibility-threshold and lead-time controls, launch-time weather + a 7-day outlook for your saved spots, a morning digest and launch recap emails, sonic-boom + jellyfish predictions, ISS & Starlink-train pass alerts, the trip and photo planners, a launch history log, five saved locations, and a personal calendar feed.

Is there a free trial?

The free plan is the trial — use the finder as long as you like before paying anything. When you do upgrade, Pro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, so there's no card-up-front trial to remember to cancel.

What's the Trip Pass for?

Can I cancel?

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account — you keep the features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Trip Pass and Founding Member are one-time purchases and never renew, so there's nothing to cancel.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — 30-day money-back on Pro and Founding Member, self-serve from your account. Trip Pass is non-refundable because it's a one-week pass, but the scrub-extension policy above covers the case where every launch slips.
